FAQs

There is no question too big or too small for our veterinary team. Below are some answers to our most common questions.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes! MAH welcomes new clients from Middletown, Dayton, Cincinnati, and the surrounding areas. Since most clinics in our area are not accepting new clients, we are currently scheduling about 3 weeks out. We do require new clients to prepay for their first exam to reserve their appointment. If the client does not show up, reschedules or cancels this appointment, the prepayment fee is forfeited.

Does my pet need to be seen for an estimate?

All estimates are based of the health and condition of your pet. In order to give you the closest estimate for what you’re pet needs, we need to see your pet. We can offer an estimate of treatments and medications recommended as the appointment progresses, and do our best to accommodate budget constraints.

Are there any requirements for my pet to have surgery?
We require certain vaccines and blood work to be done prior to surgeries. Ideally, blood work should be done 3-7 days prior to the procedure to give us the best idea of how the internal organs of your pet are doing, and whether or not special accommodations should be made
